Recruitment Process
1. Vacancy
Our process begins when we receive a new job vacancy.
We start by gaining a deep understanding of your unique organisational requirements and carefully analyse the job scope provided to create a targeted profile.
This approach allows us to focus our sourcing efforts and initiate an efficient search for the ideal candidate.
2. Sourcing
We analyse the labour market to identify trends and opportunities, and develop a tailored search specific to your needs.
We use various marketing channels to access active talent including posting job adverts, scouring job boards, and leveraging social media platforms.
We also search our extensive internal database, tap into our professional networks, and seek referrals to identify passive job seekers.
3. Screening
The screening phase is crucial in shortlisting the best talent. We meticulously evaluate potential candidates to assess their suitability for the position both technically and culturally.
Those who successfully pass our rigorous assessment are shortlisted, ensuring that only the most qualified individuals are put forward for consideration.
4. Interview
The interview stage serves as a valuable opportunity to gather critical feedback from both the interviewers and candidates. This feedback allows us to reevaluate our search strategy and make real-time adjustments based on the insights gained during the interviews.
Typically, there are 2-3 rounds of interviews. The initial interview is often conducted via telephone/video call, providing a convenient first interaction that allows for preliminary candidate screening.
An online skills assessment may be incorporated into the interview process for certain roles to verify the candidate’s technical competence.
The final round usually involves a face-to-face meeting, which enables a more personal and in-depth evaluation. This format allows employers to engage directly with candidates and assess their cultural fit within the organisation.
5. Offer
Our role at this stage is pivotal, as we step in to extend the job offer to the successful candidate. We negotiate the salary and start date on behalf of both parties, aiming to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement.
6. Onboarding
Onboarding differs for permanent and temporary hires. For permanent positions, the employer oversees the onboarding process directly with the candidate.
However, for contract assignments, we take a more hands-on approach. We conduct necessary background checks, administer employment contracts, manage payroll services, provide immigration support, and facilitate relocation or mobilisation when required.
7. Start
Our involvement doesn’t end with the job offer. We maintain active engagement with candidates from the moment they accept the offer until their first day on the job. This continuous support, which includes regular updates and guidance, serves multiple purposes. It helps secure the candidate’s commitment, prevents them from considering other job offers, and builds a strong rapport. Ultimately, this ensures a smooth onboarding process and sets the foundation for a successful and long-lasting employment relationship.
