Our process begins when we receive a new job vacancy.

The screening phase is crucial in shortlisting the best talent. We meticulously evaluate potential candidates to assess their suitability for the position both technically and culturally.

The interview stage serves as a valuable opportunity to gather critical feedback from both the interviewers and candidates. This feedback allows us to reevaluate our search strategy and make real-time adjustments based on the insights gained during the interviews.

Typically, there are 2-3 rounds of interviews. The initial interview is often conducted via telephone/video call, providing a convenient first interaction that allows for preliminary candidate screening.

An online skills assessment may be incorporated into the interview process for certain roles to verify the candidate’s technical competence.

The final round usually involves a face-to-face meeting, which enables a more personal and in-depth evaluation. This format allows employers to engage directly with candidates and assess their cultural fit within the organisation.

Onboarding differs for permanent and temporary hires. For permanent positions, the employer oversees the onboarding process directly with the candidate.

However, for contract assignments, we take a more hands-on approach. We conduct necessary background checks, administer employment contracts, manage payroll services, provide immigration support, and facilitate relocation or mobilisation when required.

Our involvement doesn’t end with the job offer. We maintain active engagement with candidates from the moment they accept the offer until their first day on the job. This continuous support, which includes regular updates and guidance, serves multiple purposes. It helps secure the candidate’s commitment, prevents them from considering other job offers, and builds a strong rapport.
