Main Responsibilities
- Administration, maintenance and configuration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud web application environments and back-end systems and processes.
- Administration and, or configuration of key web tools such as Google Tools, Rigor, JIRA, Solarwinds, etc.
- Responsible for governing access to, and ensuring operational availability of, production and UAT application hosting environments and services.
- 1st support for all web operations queries.
- Log and follow through to completion web support cases including bug fixes, enhancements, and improvements.
- Provision of proactive system monitoring and appropriate fault resolution.
- Ensure system support, maintenance and change is conducted in line with agreed timelines and standards.
- Ensure system availability, particularly during business-critical timeframes.
- Liaise with 3rd party development partners and software vendors for product management and issue resolution.
- Provide ad-hoc solutions to web operational problems and issues.
- Assist with web end-to-end systems UAT.
- Write and optimise SQL queries as required by the business.
- Maintenance of systems documentation
- The role requires occasional out-of-hours work
Key Competencies
- Experience of Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware (compulsory)
- Salesforce ADM201 (preferred)
- SQL (compulsory)
- Previous WebOps/DevOps experience (compulsory)
- Advanced Excel
- VBA
- Oracle DB
- Python
- C#
- Experience of Mercatus/COM/CIMS/Merret (preferred)
- TOAD or another Oracle DB tool
- Project Management skills
- JIRA
- MS-DOS (desirable)
- Experience working within luxury fashion industries (desirable)
