Overview
We are looking for a Senior Cloud DevOps engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud services in an Azure environment, implement CI/CD pipelines, and optimize infrastructure using best practices in a fast-paced, exciting FinTech company.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality services
- Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance of a scalable and reliable platform
- Enhance our Azure account design, deployment and validation mechanisms
- Work collaboratively with our application engineering teams
- Continued support, maintenance and development of our core systems
- Adopt and promote best practices across entire Azure estate
Experience
- Strong background in infrastructure engineering (on prem./cloud)
- Experience supporting a micro-service environment
- Experience supporting database systems
- Strong knowledge of Azure platform and its supporting infrastructure
- Proficiency in CI/CD (Terraform/GitHub) methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of High Availability strategies
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Powershell, Bash, Azure CLI)
