The successful IAM Analyst (Identity and Access Management) will be responsible for administration, monitoring, and operational activities related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide user account life cycle management, including creating, provisioning, securing, and termination of access within the IAM tools according to documented processes and standards.
- Collaborate in the design, implementation, and support of IAM technologies including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).
- Troubleshoot security and workflow issues independently or in collaboration with other Information Systems teams and/or stakeholders, while adhering to internal service standards.
- Participate in ongoing auditing and risk assessments, and implementation of audit recommendations.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on standard operating procedures, system configurations, and technical settings for internal team use, end user support, and other teams as needed.
- Generate reports to perform in-depth analysis and data collection to assist in continuous improvement of IAM processes and standards.
- Monitor IAM tools for anomalies or unauthorised access, responding to alerts and coordinating with the Security Operations Team as appropriate.
Skills & Experience
- Must have at least 4 years hands-on experience with Okta for SSO (Single Sign-On)
- MFA (Multi Factor Authentication)
- Experience implementing access control policies and procedures.
- Experience contributing to the design and deployment of IAM solutions.
- Previous involvement in the support and maintenance of IAM technologies.
- Understanding of auditing principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks.
